Planning information, not a booking
Website content, calculators, checklists, and early responses are planning aids. They are not a booking confirmation, final quotation, customs decision, insurance or protection offer, or guarantee of capacity, route, price, or timing.
Final service terms
A shipment or move proceeds only after the scope, customer and cargo details, operating parties, charges, assumptions, exclusions, and applicable service terms are confirmed in writing.
Partner-delivered services
Carriage, customs, moving, warehousing, protection, and other physical or regulated services may be performed by qualified third parties. Deccan will identify the relevant role and required confirmation as the plan develops.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful information about the parties, cargo or household goods, values, packing, dimensions, weight, restrictions, access, timing, and intended movement.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website useful and current, but information and tools may change and may occasionally be unavailable. Route requirements, regulations, carrier conditions, and partner availability must be reconfirmed for the actual movement.
